Healthy Korean Cooking   

With a history of 5,000 years, Korea has developed its own distinct healthy food culture. By applying the ancient philosophy of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, Korean culinary culture seeks to harmonize the natural whole foods and ingredients into a wholesome dish. Ms. Suyeon Yang, an expert in vegetarian Korean Temple and Royal Cuisine, will teach you how to easily make healthy Korean food using everyday ingredients. For those with high blood pressure or diabetes, she will recommend various types of bibimbap and delectable tofu dishes. Have you ever felt confused in a Korean market like H-Mart? The class will visit a Korean market and help you choose the right ingredients. If you want to learn advanced Korean cooking with ease, Ms. Yang will be your guide.
